Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A popular 24-hour gym is the subject of a class-action lawsuit.
According to court documents, as many as 300 women can join in on a lawsuit against Anytime Fitness.
Tetty Telschow was arrested two years ago and charged with voyeurism after police say he installed a hidden camera inside the women's locker room.
Several women decided to sue, but now a judge says other woman can join in on that lawsuit.
