TANGIPAHOA PARISH, LA — On June 11, 2012, Deputy Sean Reilly responded to Gary T Roadarmel's residence regarding a complaint of loud music coming from his residence. Upon arrival, a deputy observed a party taking place. Upon contact, Roadarmel stated that he would keep the music down.
A short time after the deputy left the residence, he was told that Roadarmel walked over to his neighbor’s home twice within that time frame and began to threaten the complaintant.
Deputies then responded back to Roadarmel’s residence. When Roadarmel saw the deputies, he fled inside the residence and hid. Within moments, Roadarmel was detained and taken into custody.
Roadarmel became angry and aggressive while in custody. He resisted for a brief moment, however the suspect was then transported to the parish jail without further incident.
Roadarmel, 41, was charged with Disturbing the Peace, Criminal trespass, Battery on a Police Office and Simple Assault.
