NBC NATIONAL NEWS — A three-year-old boy in eastern China joined rush hour traffic this week on his toy scooter.
Surveillance video showed the boy riding his scooter through an intersection.
He was traveling in the opposite direction of the traffic and passed beside a lane of buses and cars making left hand turns. Drivers barely missed the boy.
He was rescued by police and returned to his grandfather, who was supposed to be watching the boy when he slipped away.
