NBC NATIONAL NEWS — President Obama and his allies hold about a 2 to 1 advantage over Mitt Romney and his allies in available cash, according to the latest totals filed with the Federal Election Commission.
As of April 30, President Obama's forces held about a combined $144 million in cash on hand.
Meantime, Romney and his contributors had about $77.5 million in the bank at the end of April.
The Obama forces outraised Romney and his allies by about $12 million in the month of April.
