BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — "At first when I lost my trainer I was a little bit in shock," said Losing it in Louisiana contestant, Anita Katzman. "I was pretty disappointed."
Anita Katzman of the yellow team is trying to figure out life without a personal trainer. Last week Anita was eliminated from Losing it in Louisiana. Now Anita is more determined then ever to fight to be fit.
"The way I'm going to do that is to continue going to the gym as I am now, And taking the classes at Bally," said Katzman. "Sticking to my diet, and I'll get there."
Anita and her family have made big changes to there day to day routine to help Anita stick with her diet.
"We've developed a new lifestyle our new lifestyle is working out and following a strick diet, " said Katzman.
Anita's goal for getting skinnier is to hit a certain weight by her 40th birthday in August. Anita said she's already seeing huge changes.
"I feel very different," said Katzman. "I stand differently. I walk differently. I have a different confidence about me I can just tell. "
Anita's husband William says he's just proud to see his wife working harder than ever to keep her body in better shape.
"I think one of her favorite parts of the day is going get that workout," said William Katzman. "That's inspiring seeing how she's really dedicated to the workout. "
