Town hall meeting to be held today, main focus will be education

Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — District 7 Councilwoman C. Denise Marcelle and State Representative Ted James are holding a town hall meeting today, Thursday, May 10, at 6:00 p.m. 

The meeting is titled “Where are we going and how are we going to get there?” The forum will talk about various topics, including:

Recovery School District
Capitol High School
Istrouma High School
East Baton Rouge Laboratory
CATS
B.R.A.V.E [1]. Program

The meeting will be held at the Martin Luther King Community Center, located at 4000 Gus Young at 6:00 p.m. Parents are encouraged to bring students.
