NBC News — China's Commerce Minister Chen Deming is blaming U.S. restrictions on exports to China as the reason for the large trade imbalance between the two countries. The comment comes after the first day of high level talks between the world's two largest economies.
The Minister added that it was difficult for two countries to balance bilateral trade if there were too many export restrictions between them. China recorded a $5.35 billion trade surplus in March.
