Louisiana (NBC33) — U.S. Senator David Vitter continues his tradition of town hall meetings on April 30.
Next Monday, Vitter will host a series of meetings, starting with East Feliciana Parish at the Slaughter Town Hall at 9:30 a.m.
Then, he will go to Baton Rouge to speak at LSU’s College of Engineering at noon, and the 200th Anniversary of Louisiana Statehood at the State Capitol, starting at 1:30 p.m.
“I really enjoy visiting communities and meeting with Louisianans all over the state,” said Vitter. “We’ll be discussing the issues most important to them at my town hall meeting, including my efforts to bring Louisiana common sense to Washington, increase domestic energy production to bring down gas prices, and develop positive solutions to get our economy going again.”
