BATON ROUGE, LA — In light of the recent announcement that Baton Rouge is number one is the country with the highest rate of AIDS cases, A.J. Johnson of the BR Aids Society discusses the importance of getting tested for AIDS.
He says that 24-hours a day people can call and get scheduled to take a test to find out if they have AIDS.
Cassandras Witty with Hope and Mercy Resource Center explained that she was misdiagnosed for 2 years and when her insurance changed, then she had to change doctors and he had her take two tests- one tested her as HIV positive.
