NBC NATIONAL NEWS — The arts and crafts chain says it's increasing its minimum wage for full-time workers to $13 an hour.
The increase will affect more than 15,000 workers in 41 states.
The national minimum wage is currently seven-dollars and 25-cents an hour.
The CEO of Hobby Lobby says its employees are key to the company's success and they deserve to be rewarded.
Hobby Lobby's full-time workers currently make $12 an hour.
