NBC NATIONAL NEWS — When a tornado slammed into Henryville, Indiana it tossed school buses around like toys. Now, a first look from inside a bus as the twister hit.
At first, things are calm, then you see the bus start moving.
Debris starts swirling in the air, the noise gets louder and the winds get stronger until you can't see anything inside the bus.
Things calm down for a moment, then the wind starts moving the bus again. The winds howl louder and louder, then the debris clouds the picture. The bus eventually comes to rest and the sound fades away.
The tornado destroyed much of Henryville Junior/Senior High School.
No one was hurt.
