Sally Palmer with the InterFaith Federation of Greater Baton Rouge talked about Parkinson's disease and also about an event to raise awareness of the disease.
Mayor Holden's Bike Ride at Farr Park kicks off Parkinson's Disease Awareness Month.
Bicyclists are invited to meet at the park at 9:00 a.m.on March 31 for the bike ride. Those not riding can still enjoy a tailgating party for Parkinson's families, and meet with others who share the same concerns.
Tailgaters are asked to bring some type of food to eat.
