LOUISIANA (NBC33) — Damage is being reported all over the state in regards to high winds and tornadic activity. Flooding is also being seen in several areas as well.
The brunt of the storm passed into Louisiana in the early morning on Tuesday, March 20. The slow moving front dumped water in several parishes before pushing its way into our area around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21.
