NBC News — South Korea says North Korea's plans to launch a satellite into space is a secret test of nuclear rocket technology. North Korea announced the proposed launch last week saying it will take place between April 12th and 16th.
The international community has condemned the move calling it a violation of U.N. sanctions. A similar launch nearly three years ago also drew widespread condemnation. South Korea says the launch is a cover for testing of North Korea's long rang missile technology.
