NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Gerber is recalling some of its powdered formula because of a bad smell.
Gerber is recalling its Good Start Gentle Powdered infant formula sold in a 23.2 ounce plastic container with a batch number of GXP 1684 and an expiration date of March 5, 2013.
The move comes after some consumers reported a foul smell coming from the jars.
Gerber says the product is safe, but is offering free replacements.
