NEW ORLEANS, LA (WDSU) — The Idea Village’s New Orleans Entrepreneur Week kicked off Saturday, March 10.
Organizers said that NOEW, the culmination of Entrepreneur Season, is a nationally recognized festival that celebrates and supports the network of talent that enables the city to become a hub of entrepreneurship and innovation.
According to Ideal Village, renowned venture capitalists in the country, angel investors, business professionals, corporate volunteers, policy leaders and MBA student teams from the nation’s leading business programs will come together for seven days to support local entrepreneurs.
Registration for NOEW 2012 is now open, and organizers said all workshops and seminars are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Sessions are free to the public and are all devoted to covering key topics critical to entrepreneurs, startups and developing businesses, organizers said.
