5th Annual Chili Cook-OFF to be held at LSU March 24 & 25

Chili- lovers prepare to have their tastebuds satisfied at the 5th Annual La. Regional Chili Cook-Off at LSU on March 24th and 25th.  BR Lagniappe guests Eric Miller, Knights of Columbus and President/Chair for this year's event and co-host, Mike Norwood, with Catholic Community Radio, shared about this event.  Participants will be able to have teams to compete in the competition which includes a People's Choice event .  There will be several different types of chilis at the event which will be held outside of the John Parker Coliseum at LSU.  The event will benefit Our Lady of the Lake's chi;dren's hospital.  For more information visit: www.chilicookoff.com [1] or call (225) 933-9760.
