BATON ROUGE,LA(NBC33) — The jury of eight women and four men have not yet reached a verdict in the case against ex-Saint Gabriel mayor George Grace.
The jury told the judge they were hung up on one count against him in the last "Operation Blighted Officials" case.
The judge advised them to move on to the other counts for now.
Judge Hicks then told the jury that to find Grace guilty of bribery they had to determine that he illegally accepted football tickets, hotel stays or $2000 in cash, not all three.
Finally, the judge denied the jury's request to look at Grace's testimony again.
Grace faces 180 years behind bars if convicted of all the federal charges against him.
