Dr. Raynando Banks, Sr. , author of "Country Diet" and Hector Washington with AARP, Chapter 5165, came on to share about a luncheon held this week where Dr. Banks was guest speaker. At the luncheon Dr. Banks shared about how African Amercians eat diets that are typically high in carbs and fat and lead to heart disease and diabetes.
