BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — The race for East Baton Rouge Mayor-President is now to four candidates. The incumbent, Kip Holden, says he’s running again.
Term limited Mayor Pro Tem Mike Walker has thrown his hat in the race. Earlier this week Jim Mayer of Mayer Clothiers announced his bid. Also running is Gordon Mese, owner of Garden District Nursery, who was the first to announce his candidacy back in November.
We’d like to hear from you. As the race heats up, what qualities do you want to see in the Mayor-President on East Baton Rouge Parish?
