NBC NATIONAL NEWS — More than 111 million people watched Sunday's Super Bowl, making it the most-watched television show in U.S. history.
It topped last year's game by about 300,000 viewers. In fact, this is the seventh straight year the Super Bowl has increased its audience.
Viewership in last night's game peaked during the fourth quarter, when nearly 118 million people were watching.
