A local college is laying down the law when it comes to sexual activity in the dorms. Tufts University is trying to regulate what happens in dorm rooms. The policy calls for absolutely no sex in a dorm room while a roommate is in the room. "If someone is going to go and have sex while their roommate is in the room, I mean I think that's kind of gross. I think it's kind of funny that they would have to make a rule about it," said Callie Morton, a freshman.
The rule was created in response to several complaints about roommates' sexual activities. "I don't think it's something that can really be enforced per se. I don't understand how that's going to work," said a Tufts University student. The college said they can enforce it when it is reported. Students who violate the policy could face disciplinary action or lose their guest privileges.
