A new law will require drug and alcohol testing in fatal boating
This has been the rule on the highways for quite some time. But, drivers on boats were not required to take the test to prove that they were sober at the time of the crash.
This comes on the heels of several deadly boating accidents, several of which may have involved alcohol.
