Federal investigators will be on the scene of a deadly plane crash in Houma.
Authorities say Solomon James Falgout, Junior, crashed his single engine Cessna into a marsh.
The plane took off around 6 a.m. Thursday, and was located almost 7 hours later.
Apparently Falgout never called air traffic control.
Authorities say it looked like the plane went straight down without an attempt for an emergency landing.
