The debate over road funding in Livingston Parish wages on.
A few weeks ago, we told you about an effort to change the parish ordinance when it comes to road improvements. Many citizens are angry over how the council is using their tax money to pave roads, they believe, aren't serving the general public.
Now, a Parish councilman is joining the fight. He and several other citizens are trying to collect eight thousand signatures by August, to change the ordinance.
Right now, if two homes are on a driveway, it can be repaved as a road. The new ordinance would up that number to five.
