Port Allen, La (NBC33) —
New Orleans Saints Cornerback Tracy Porter surprised a Port Allen family whose home was destroyed in a fire.
Porter says he wants to give back to a neighborhood that has supported his football career from high school all the way to the pros.
"It just came to me as a miracle from the situation we are going through,” stated Lenia Antoine, who’s house was destroyed.
“It was a great way to give back to the community and a great start to brightening their holiday, " said Porter.
Court furniture, along with several other companies, supplied pieces for the home. The Antoine's also received clothes and even a new Xbox.
