NEW ORLEANS, La (NBC33) - — The Chris Paul trade saga is over. The former Hornet point guard is now a Los Angeles Clipper. The trade will send Eric Gordon, forward Al-Farouq Aminu, center Chris Kaman and a first-round draft choice to New Orleans.
The deal has been approved by the NBA Commissioner David Stern.
The 26-year-old Paul, a four-time All-Star, averaged 18.7 points and 9.8 assists last season, his sixth in the NBA.
