NBC NATIONAL NEWS — The Christmas clock is ticking. Many Americans say their holiday shopping is complete.
More than one-third of US shoppers finished most of theirs in November.That's according to a survey by "America's Research Group".
Shoppers flocked to the malls on Black Friday to stock up on seasonal sales. Then about 28-percent of people surveyed planned to take a break from shopping.Analyst says that's because shopping for those big bargains means taking more out of your bank account than budgeted.
According to the National Retail Federation, Black Friday weekend sales totaled 52-billion dollars up from 45-billion the year before.
