NBC NEWS — The U.S. Postal Service is bracing to avoid bankruptcy by announcing several big changes to its services.
USPS announced today that it plans to raise rates and cut services to save money.
Starting next spring, it will not only cost you more to mail a letter but the days of overnight delivery are done. Now, it will take at least one day longer for mail to get where it's going.
The U.S. Postal Service says the cuts are designed to save up to $3 billion.
