The Attorney General's Office hopes to get more funding to keep its online predator enforcement program running. Law enforcement officers around the state train with the AG's office on how to track the criminals.
Part of the training includes posing as teenagers in online chat rooms. Investigators said they're able to prosecute many of the predators, but they need more money to get the job done.
$9 million dollars was cut from the Attorney General's office and the legislature did not restore any funding.
