NEW YORK, NY — The Tuesday edition of NBC Nightly News was interrupted by a fire alarm, but anchor Brian Williams dealt with the distraction like a pro.
The broadcast is recorded at the NBC studios in New York. On Tuesday, Nov. 29, a fire drill was blasted through the studio loudspeakers. A spokes person with the company explained that technicians couldn’t immediately turn off the loudspeakers, so Williams had no other choice but to go on with the show.
