Louisiana (NBC33) — The Secretary of State's Office says not a lot of people went to the polls on Saturday for the run-off elections.
Only about one in five eligibile voters headed to the polls; even though it's better than the 18 percent estimate, it's far below the more than 35 percent of voters that showed up for elections in October.
In three parishes, the only item on the ballot was a statewide constitutional amendment.
