NBC NEWS — Governor Bobby Jindal endorsements proved strong Jindal endorsed.
110 candidates for this year's elections and 96 of them won their races.
For the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, five out of the six candidates Jindal endorsed got elected.
The Governor has made K -12 grade education one of his top priorities going into his second term.
"We've got to make changes now that we owe every child in Louisiana a chance to get a great education. We understand that our children only grow up once. The reality is we don't have time for incremental change," says Governor Jindal.
Jindal says he spent $1.4 million from his victory fund to endorse 110 candidates for this year's elections.
