Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A tent city started popping up on College Drive here in Baton Rouge around 6 a.m., and many hours later, we've got an all-out party outside the newest Chick-Fil-A restaurant.
The fast food chain promised the first 100 adults that go through their doors tomorrow morning for their grand opening get free meals for a year.
The deal was just too good to pass up for some folks, and they seem to be having a grand old time just waiting around!
“I eat Chick-Fil-A with my kids at least once a week because they have a playland,” stated fan Stacy Hutchinson. “Having a free meal once a week for myself will help my bank account!”
The new Chick-Fil-A on College Drive opens up tomorrow, and once these people get their free meal cards at 6 a.m., the doors open to the public.
