Hammond, La (NBC33) — Tangipahoa Parish deputies say they've arrested a 22 year-old man who was wanted on multiple charges.
Detectives caught up with Albany native Justin Tilley in Hammond at a motel.
He was wanted on three warrants including carnal knowledge of a juvenile, felony theft, and reckless operation.
