Hammond, La (NBC33) — Very suspicious circumstances surround a Hammond man's death.
A 65 year-old man was found dead inside his burned home Monday evening with his hands tied behind his back
According to police, they're investigating this as a homicide.
The victim hasn't been identified, but an autopsy is being completed to determine the exact cause of death.
