Fisher-Price is voluntarily recalling 24-thousand high chairs.
The C.P.S.C says their "3-in-1 high chair to booster" can fall backwards if the booster seat release is unlatched.
Also, the seat back can detach if it's not completely snapped in place.
Fisher-Price received one report of a child falling.
Consumers should stop using the high chairs.
To contact Fisher-Price call (800)432-5437 or visit their web site at www.service.mattel.com
The product number P5369 is printed on the side of the seat, on a label on the seat and on the packaging.
The high chair was sold nationwide at Target stores from December 2008 through March 2009 for about $100.
