BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Trucko Stampley, the man accused of killing four people in 2007, will not face the death penalty. It comes after prosecutors withdraw the possibility of the death penalty.
Stampley's been found fit to stand trial twice. He's accused of killing four woman during a killing spree in 2007.
A trial date has been set for early next year.
