STORMTRACKER33 — An elongated area of low pressure near Cuba and the southern Bahamas is producing showers and storms. Reports show the low pressure is better organized and has become better defined. Slow development is possible as the low moves west or northwest. Right now the motion is uncertain as the low becomes stronger. The Hurricane Center has placed a 30% chance, medium, for development. Heavy rainfall and gusty winds can be expected over southern Florida today and tomorrow.
