Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — LSU head coach Les Miles was back at the podium today for his weekly press conference.
Miles and his tigers improved to 5 and 0 this Saturday with the win over Kentucky.
The hot topic today was centered around the return of senior quarterback Jordan Jefferson. Jefferson scored the team's first touchdown Saturday just seconds after being booed by tiger fans when he took the field.
"Jordan Jefferson didn't have a choice,” stated Miles. “I sent him out there."
The Tigers will take on Florida this Saturday at 2:30 p.m. NBC33's Matt Boudreaux will have more reaction from the LSU players to the return of Jefferson tonight on NBC33 News at 10.
