STORMTRACKER33 — Ophelia becomes the fourth hurricane of the season. Maximum sustained winds are near 75mph and the Ophelia is moving NNW at 9 mph. Hurricane Warnings are now in place for Bermuda as the hurricane approaches. The upgrade to hurricane status was based on satellite images. Ophelia should continue moving north with a gradual increase in forward speed.
