Louisiana wants Obama's health care plan to be reviewed

NBC NEWS — The U.S. Justice Department is joining calls by Louisiana and other states for a prompt Supreme Court review of President Obama's health care overhaul.

The President's health care plan is at the center of a lawsuit by several states and business groups over its constitutionality.

The Justice Department says it will file its appeal with the high court tomorrow afternoon. They're asking the justices to uphold the constitutionality and throw out a federal appeals court ruling that struck down a key provision.
