CHINA (NBC33) — In China, engineers continue to prepare an unmanned space module for launch.
The module will be carried into space later this week on a Chinese made rocket to an orbit 220 miles above Earth. The launch was postponed in late August because of problems with that rocket.
China is expected to have a space station in orbit around 2020; the same time that the International Space Station is due to retire.
China's station will be smaller than the International Space Station, used by the US, Russia, Canada, Japan and 11 European countries.
