NBC NEWS — Preparations are underway for Pope Benedict's visit to Germany tomorrow.
Benedict will visit his homeland for four days and travel to Berlin, Erfurt and Freiburg.
Benedict will hold a mass tomorrow at Olympic Stadium in Berlin and over 70,000 people are expected to attend.
It's his third visit to Germany as pope, but his first official state visit. Over 6,000 police officers are being deployed to protect the pope.
In honor of the Pope’s visit to Germany one company has started selling a “Pope Teddy Bear”.
The special edition teddy bear, dressed in full papal attire, will be limited to only 111 worldwide and are available at the hefty price tag of $315 dollars.
The hand-crafted bears are made out of blond mohair and take about 2-3 to make. It is the fourth papal bear to be created for Benedict.
