On September 8, agents from the Livingston Parish Inter Agency Narcotics Task Force, agents from Probation & Parole, and bilingual agents of the US Border Patrol conducted a joint investigation pertaining to the distribution of crack cocaine at a Vincent Road trailer park.
Agents executed a narcotics related search warrant at 7450 Vincent Road (Lot 2) and a knock-and-talk investigation at a neighboring home (Lot 3).
Upon agent’s arrival, two Hispanic males were found to be standing in the driveway: Hipolito Gallardo Gonzalez and Adrian Sanchez. Gonzalez was found to be in possession of one zip seal bag containing crack cocaine. Adrian Sanchez was not arrested, but was detained by Border Patrol.
During a search of Lot 2, agents found three men inside the home: Alfonso Sandoval Vallejo, Erick Hernandez and Miguel A. Valtierra Suarez. These men were found to possess four zip seal bags containing crack cocaine packaged for resale and several articles of drug paraphernalia Additionally, Hernandez was found to possess a quantity of methamphetamine.
During a consensual search of Lot 3, agents arrested Roberto Gomez and Mauro Mendoza Hernandez after they were each found to possess marijuana.
Border Patrol placed detainers on six of the seven arrested who were found to be living illegally in the United States. Two of those six men have reportedly been deported at least once prior to this most recent encounter with law enforcement officials.
Hipolito Gallardo Gonzalez, 40, was charged with Possession of Schedule II CDS (crack cocaine).
Adrian Sanchez, 26, faces no criminal charges but is being held for possible immigration violations.
Alfonso Sandoval Vallejo, 50 was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (crack cocaine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Erick Hernandez, 33, was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (crack cocaine), Possession of Schedule II CDS (meth), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Miguel A. Valtierra Suarez, 28, was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (crack cocaine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Roberto Gomez, 35, was charged with Possession of Schedule I CDS (marijuana).
Mauro Mendoza Hernandez, 53, was charged with Possession of Schedule I CDS (marijuana).
