Jackson, La (NBC33) — A Jackson Daycare has been forced to shut its doors.
The Louisiana department of children and family services "yanked" the license of the "Jumpstart Pre-school and Day Care."
Officials say jumpstart is not in line with minimum standards.
We're told it has failed to run criminal background checks on employees numerous times.
The center doesn't conduct fire drills.
And we found out some staff members haven't kept up with CPR certification.
The daycare closure is catching some people off guard.
