Vermont (NBC) — Raging floodwaters from Hurricane Irene have washed away an historic covered bridge in southern Vermont.
Susan Hammond was on hand with her video camera when the Bartonsville Bridge collapsed into the raging waters. The bridge, built in 1870, had a 151 foot span over the Williams River.
