NBC News — North Korea's reclusive leader Kim Jong-Il continued his secretive trip to Russia tuesday. This is Kim's first visit to Russia in nine years, according to Russian TV reports he arrived by train in the Siberian city of Ulan-Ude tuesday.
Kim left the town's train station under heavy security, his final destination was not known. The North Korean leader is expected to meet Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in the Siberian town wednesday.
