BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Secretary of State Candidate Jim Tucker has picked up his first endorsement.
The Louisiana Sheriff's Assocation says they're standing behind the former state house speaker.
The association says Tucker is an invaluable resource and partner for Louisiana sheriffs.
Tucker, along with former lieutenant governor candidate Caroline Fayard and the current Secretary of State Tom Schedler are all running for the seat.
