STORMTRACKER33 — The final advisory has been given for the remnants of Emily. From its inception, this storm never got its act together. It was torn apart by the mountainous terrain of Hispaniola, recovered near the Bahamas, but has since been downgraded once again to only a remnant low. It will continue to move to the northeast away from the United States as a cluster of thunderstorms. Elsewhere in the tropics, Invest 92L has be activated. It is still near Africa at this point, but it will be moving to the west over the next few days.
We are always tracking the tropics here in the STORMTRACKER33 Weather Center, and we will keep you updated with up to the minute information as it becomes available.
